About us
JAUJA is a family business founded by the Muñoz Alarcón brothers, which began its activity in the 1940s with the opening of a grocery store in the heart of the capital of Murcia.
With a paprika tradition in their ancestors, it is at this time when the brothers begin the manufacture and marketing of paprika, spices and other local products throughout the national geography, placing its facilities in the Murcian hamlet of Cabezo de Torres and fully developing the JAUJA brand that would give name to the company.
They set up work and distribution centers in different parts of Spain, with the centers of Mallorca and Santiago de Compostela standing out for their importance in the production and consumption of paprika, enclaves that will relaunch JAUJA's growth.

Currently our manufacturing facilities of Paprika, Spices and Preparations for the Meat Industry are located on the outskirts of Cabezo de Torres, where we produce a wide range of products and formats capable of satisfying the needs of its present and future customers, with adequate human and material resources to meet its objectives.
In its more than 70 years of history, JAUJA has established itself as a food company, whose mission is to offer both its customers and end consumers paprika, spices and sausage preparations of high QUALITY, the result of a careful selection of raw materials and its commitment to the customer.
JAUJA 's continuous objectives are the sustained growth in both national and international markets, as well as the improvement in the current position of the existing ones, maintaining in all cases our level of quality and service. Commitment, quality, reliability and efficiency are values that over the years have been forged in our company and that best define our corporate culture.
